Home Visit Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Pet Adoptions
- Works with potential adopters and volunteers to set up home visits
- Ensures reports are completed in a timely manner
Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Volunteers
- Plans and hosts volunteer appreciation events
- Ensures volunteers are satisfied with their experience
Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Volunteers
- Schedules and hosts volunteer orientations
- Maintains and updates volunteer lists
Web Admin
- Reports to Director of Operations
- Responsible for updating and adding content to the website
Merchandise Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Fundraising
- Orders and maintains inventory of merchandise
- Organizes merchandise to be sold at events and coordinates with volunteers attending the events
Festivals Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Events
- Coordinates Rescue Pit attending various festivals throughout the year
Community Education Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Community Outreach
- Creates and maintains relationships with local schools, rec centers, youth groups, etc.
- Schedules and helps facilitate Humane Education workshops
Web Corporate Partnership Coordinator
- Reports to Director of Fundraising
- Maintains relationships with partners
- Gathers and provides necessary information for fundraising initiatives

After submitting an application, we will be in touch to let you know when the next volunteer orientation meeting is. This meeting will help you get acquainted with the board and other volunteers. We’ll go over basic volunteer responsibilities and get you set up to receive notifications about events and other opportunities.
